Refund Policy
AxonStellar — Æxyr Platform
Effective: June 1, 2026Summary: All purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled through Paddle in accordance with their refund policy. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
1. Payment Processing
All purchases of Æxyr License Keys are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and refunds on behalf of AxonStellar LLC.
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refund requests are processed through Paddle in accordance with their policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your License ID (format: LIC-XXXX-XXXX) and the email address used for purchase.

3. Free Trial
The Æxyr platform includes a 10-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required during the trial. We strongly recommend using the trial period to evaluate the Software and confirm it meets your needs before purchasing a License Key.
4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:
- Email [email protected] with the subject line: “Refund Request — [Your License ID]”
- Include the email address used for purchase and your License ID
- Provide a brief reason for your request
We will process your request through Paddle and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
